 Job Description/Duties:  This is a management position at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Business & Finance.  The Safety & Risk Manager develops policy and serves as the primary campus resource in the areas of occupational health and safety, hazardous waste and environmental compliance, and risk management.  This position serves as primary campus liaison with relevant UW System, State and federal agencies, as well as other environmental, occupational safety and risk managers at colleague institutions. The primary functions of this position are to bring the University into compliance with federal and state safety and environmental regulations and minimize University property and liability exposures through development and maintenance of effective risk management programs.
